Tim Fitzpatrick
Owner
Tim Fitzpatrick moved to Oregon in 1993 after hearing from a family friend that he could make $200 a day painting houses. Tim started Fitzpatrick Painting, Inc. in 1994 while attending Oregon State University. In 2004, after 10 years of painting, Tim hung up his painter whites and brushes to focus on overseeing the operations of the business. These days, his time is spent training the team, working with system development, and marketing—along with, of course, the occasional golf game. Tim and his wife, Kelli, value giving back to the community where they are raising their three children and supporting many community activities.

Ross Kinney
GENERAL Manager
As General Manager of Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction, Ross Kinney brings over 19 years of leadership experience in operations and team management. With a strong background in retail and service industries, Ross is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, streamlining processes, and developing high-performing teams. Since joining Fitzpatrick, he has played a key role in driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining the company’s reputation for quality craftsmanship and integrity. Ross is committed to building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring every project is completed with excellence from start to finish. When Ross isn't working, he spends his time on the golf course or out camping with his family.

Kris Mannale
SENIOR BUSINESS DIRECTOR
As Senior Business Director, Kris brings energy, vision, and strategic insight to Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction. As a member of the Management Team, Kris plays a central role in shaping the company’s direction and growth. He leads all marketing efforts, oversees business development initiatives, and collaborates closely with leadership to set and refine the company’s long-term strategy. Kris is passionate about building strong relationships—both within the company and with the wider community. When Kris isn't at work he's typically enjoying time with his wife and four kids, tackling house projects or playing golf.

Alphie Pantle
PROJECT CONSULTANT
Alphie has been a valued member of the Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction team for over 11 years. As an experienced estimator specializing in carpentry, he brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality in every project. Outside of work, Alphie enjoys spending time outdoors and is deeply family orientated, values that influence his reliable and grounded approach on the job.

Jesse Howell
PROJECT CONSULTANT
Jesse Howell has been with Fitzpatrick Painting, Inc. for 16 years, starting as a painter’s apprentice and working his way up to estimator. With a degree in Business Supervisory Management and Automotive Collision Repair, and hands-on experience in the field, Jesse brings deep knowledge to both painting and carpentry services for commercial and residential projects. He’s passionate about building relationships and consulting with clients to ensure successful outcomes. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife (his high school sweetheart) and their two young children, as well as hunting, fishing, golfing, and motorsports.

DEVON FITZPATRICK

Devon Fitzpatrick, son of owner Tim Fitzpatrick, is a driven individual who has been immersed in the world of painting and construction from a young age. From the age of two, he began accompanying his father on estimate trips, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge along the way. As he grew older, he actively participated in both the painting and construction divisions. Devon pursued business studies at Biola University. Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, he coaches a Freshman basketball team at Santiam Christian High School and treasures quality time with friends and family. Additionally, he prioritizes physical well-being through activities like working out, playing basketball, and cold plunges to stay fit and active. Devon looks forward to growing the Fitzpatrick brand for many years to come.

Colby Hill is a dedicated professional and lifelong friend of the Fitzpatrick family. A Santiam Christian School graduate, he studied business management at Linn-Benton Community College. Passionate about sales and building client relationships, he brings hard work and enthusiasm to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, spending time with Jesus, and connecting with friends and family. He also coaches JV basketball at Santiam Christian, giving back to his alma mater. His commitment to excellence and genuine care make him a valued team member.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Science with a minor in Entomology from Oregon State University. She has lived in the area since 2015. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 13-year-old dog, Nova, and walks with her family.

Luz is the Administrative Assistant at Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction. With 4 years of customer service experience, she supports project consultants by managing schedules, following up with leads, and assisting with office inventory. Bilingual in Spanish and English, and certified in IT Support, she excels at multitasking and communication, ensuring clients are directed to the right department. She’s always ready to help with office logistics, various tasks, or daily admin duties. Outside of work, Luz enjoys gaming, spending time with family, reading, and hiking scenic trails.
