This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction, Inc., and is valid for qualifying interior residential painting projects scheduled and completed during the promotional period. By participating, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Promotional Period
This Offer is valid for projects booked between November 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026, and completed by February 28, 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier by Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction.
2. Eligibility
Offer valid only for residential interior painting projects within Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction’s standard service area in the Willamette Valley, Oregon.
New contracts only; not valid on existing or previously completed work.
Homeowner must be the property owner and the financing applicant.
Minimum project size may apply (typically full interior repaint; smaller jobs may not qualify).
3. Financing Terms
Financing is available through participating third-party lenders approved by Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction.
Payments as low as $57 per month are based on approved credit, loan amount, interest rate, and project size.
Actual payment amounts and terms may vary based on creditworthiness, loan duration, and total project cost.
4. $1,000 Rebate / “Christmas Cash” Incentive
A $1,000 rebate check will be issued to the homeowner upon full completion of the project and payment in full (either by direct payment or through approved financing).
Rebate will be delivered within 10 business days of job completion and payment verification.
Only one rebate per household.
Rebate has no cash value beyond the stated amount and cannot be applied toward project cost or combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
5. Scheduling and Completion
Offer is subject to schedule availability during Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction’s winter season.
Fitzpatrick reserves the right to modify or reschedule project start dates based on weather, staffing, or other operational needs.
6. General Conditions
Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, special pricing, or referral discount.
Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
