The colors of fall leaves are beautiful, but that green or black moss coloring on your roof is not.

Moss can drastically reduce the efficiency of your roof. Water can saturate or begin to pool because of growing moss which could cause damage to your once perfect roof. In cold winter temperatures moss can increase frost damage on shingles. If it is not treated, moss can cause so much damage that it can substantially reduce the lifespan of your roof.

How do you know if your roof needs help? Moss removal often requires one to get on top of the roof to deal with this problem. This greatly increases the danger and potential injury risk to homeowners.
